Train from the comfort and privacy of your home with expert guidance designed specifically for each individual.  You’ll get access to live group workouts, designed workouts, weekly accountability calls, personalized nutrition programs, emotional eating tactics, combating the evil negative thoughts on replay and learning to take care of your body the way it was intended by God.  Whether you’re just getting started or looking to stay strong, mobile, and energized through every stage of life, this is for you.

Whether it is in-person (Grand Rapids area) or private virtual sessions, Maura has got you covered in fitness, behavior change, and nutrition coaching, working with you every step of the way.  Coach Maura comes to you and brings the magic, with each session tailored to support strength, balance, mobility, and energy—meeting you where you are and helping you build confidence in your body again. Supportive, judgment-free, and rooted in real result.

Weight Loss with the Saints is a 13-week journey that nurtures body and soul through Catholic virtues, saintly wisdom, and gentle habit changes in diet, nutrition and behavior change.

Weekly Structure (13 Weeks)

  • One Catholic virtue per week (e.g., Hope, Charity, Prudence)

  • One opposing vice per week (e.g., Despair, Shame, Gluttony)

  • Five saints per week who embody the virtue

  • Three reflection paragraphs per saint:

    • Their life and connection to the virtue

    • Their spiritual witness and transformation

    • How their struggle is relatable 

  • One journal prompt per saint (virtue-based and habit-integrated)

  • One healthy habit per week (e.g., protein tracking, food swaps

  • Gradually increasing strength training exercises

  • One nourishing recipe per week (aligned with the habit and theme)

  • Weekly Scripture reflection
